# VI Journey Founder Paid Terms v1.0

`VI Founder Access — 6 Months` is a $99 USD one-time purchase. It includes 25 Standard VI runs and 3 Forensics Pro units. Live capacity is 50.

`VI Forensics Pro Founder — 6 Months` is a $249 USD one-time purchase. It includes 75 Standard VI runs and 10 Forensics Pro units. Live capacity is 20.

Both tiers bind the commercial `offer_key=founder_paid` and use the `founder_paid` access lane. The backend catalog retains a unique internal Forensics Pro selector so it can resolve the authoritative `forensics_pro_founder_6mo` billing SKU without accepting customer-selected terms; that selector is not the persisted commercial offer key and does not create a second commercial access class.

Each term runs for six calendar months from the authoritative signed `paid_at`. Unused quotas expire with the term. The purchase is not a subscription, has no automatic renewal, and is not transferable or resalable. It has no cash value. A future renewal requires a new explicit offer and consent. No future feature delivery is guaranteed.

The invitation binds the exact offer, price, allowances, capacity class, and policy bundle. The candidate must explicitly accept this bundle. Checkout must fail closed if acceptance is missing, stale, or does not match the invitation.

Access begins only after a verified signed Stripe settlement. A browser redirect is never payment authority. Stripe receipt evidence and VI settlement/access authority remain separate. The customer email is supplied to Stripe Checkout from the accepted invitation.

VI is a controlled beta. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by the customer. Usage remains subject to current safety, acceptable-use, quota, media-rights, and evidence-boundary controls. The customer may not transfer access or use an invitation on behalf of another buyer.

The authenticated owner lifecycle may pause paid access with a recorded reason to enforce current safety, acceptable-use, security, fraud, or legal controls. A pause does not rewrite the invitation, settlement, six-month term, or consumed quota and does not itself create a refund. Resume, revocation, expiration, and any refund continue to use their separate recorded authorities.

The policies linked by the governing index are incorporated into these terms. Non-waivable applicable-law rights remain unaffected.
