# VI Journey Founder Privacy, Media, Retention, and Deletion v1.0

Governing bundle: `founder_paid_6mo_v1`

VI processes account and invitation data, consent versions, Stripe payment metadata, VI settlement and access records, uploaded media, generated analyses and artifacts, usage and quota records, security and operational logs, and support communications to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

VI does not sell customer personal information. Payment credentials remain with Stripe. Stripe acts as the payment processor or service provider for payment operations. VI may provide subprocessors only the data needed for their service.

Customers retain ownership of uploaded media and grant VI a limited license to upload, store, process, analyze, generate requested outputs, troubleshoot at the customer’s request, and secure the service. Customer media is not sold, publicly displayed, used in marketing, or used for model training without separate explicit permission.

Deletion requests use the monitored support channel and target a response within 30 days. Uploaded media and generated artifacts are deleted or de-identified when the request can be honored. Billing, settlement, access, consent, fraud, security, support, and audit records may be retained longer where operationally or legally necessary. No deletion request is represented as automated.

No customer may upload media they do not own or have permission to process. Sensitive media remains subject to the product’s current media restrictions and storage-readiness controls.
