# VI Journey Founder Refund, Cancellation, Support, and Dispute Policy v1.0

Governing bundle: `founder_paid_6mo_v1`

A buyer may request a full refund within seven calendar days after `paid_at` only when Standard consumed is zero, Forensics consumed is zero, and no material paid feature usage is recorded.

After seven days or after usage, no routine refund is promised except for a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, VI’s failure to provide or restore purchased access, permanent early closure without a substantially equivalent service, or mandatory applicable-law rights.

If VI permanently discontinues paid service before the term ends without a substantially equivalent replacement, VI refunds the unused pro-rata calendar portion, preserves payment and audit history, revokes remaining access after refund authority is confirmed, and releases the live seat exactly once.

This is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. A buyer may request early deactivation; that does not ordinarily create a prorated refund. A confirmed refund preserves settlement and refund history, revokes paid access, releases paid inventory, and keeps invitation, consent, settlement, access, quota, and run records logically separate.

The monitored support contact shown in Stripe's customer-facing business details and receipts, together with the VI Journey `/support` path, is the support channel. Billing/access incidents target acknowledgment within one business day; general support targets two business days; issues within VI’s control target resolution within five business days. These are targets, not guaranteed completion times. Support is manually operated and does not claim automated email delivery.

Buyers should contact support first for disputes. VI preserves payment, access, usage, consent, and delivery evidence and does not interfere with lawful Stripe or card-network dispute rights. All provisions remain subject to non-waivable applicable law.
